Reiki healing

The term reiki is derived from the Japanese "Re" sound and the Greek word, Ki, meaning light, and Kie, meaning to heal or cure. It is derived from the common healing herb, rhodiola or a plant called in its native Latin form as Rhodiola officinalis. Native peoples in many parts of the world used reiki to treat injury, illness, or other illness. People have used it for thousands of years to provide treatment and support for others.

Types of Reiki

There are several types of reiki, which include; bianchi reiki, flower reiki, chakras reiki, herbal reiki, crystal reiki, flower or candle reiki, salt reiki, fire reiki, water reiki, air purification/cleansing reiki, massage therapy reiki, energy reiki, animal reiki and meditation.

Branches of Reiki

There are five main branches of reiki healing and their origin of the term includes; the Reiki branch I have chosen is based on the Western Traditional Healing system while also covering my own roots as well. To understand better about this particular reiki healing system for me will be more on my first point. I believe that anyone can learn how to achieve optimum health and wellness regardless of age and gender.

Although people might not live long enough to enjoy these benefits and can be hard to reach if not mentally prepared than when it comes to reiki or any other method of curing or treating illness and injuries, there are ways to overcome these obstacles and achieve your best health while still keeping in perspective you need to have a healthy mind, body,

Forms

Reiki healing has been used by millions for hundreds of years around the world in different forms in religions like Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism. The most commonly known uses of it are in spiritual healing and providing assistance, but this type of healing is slowly evolving into various therapies, such as massage therapy, reiki visualization, prayer, exercise and relaxation techniques, hypnosis, biofeedback and hypo-polarization. These reiki healing methods help open up our minds and let us feel the sensation of light and warmth.

Process

This process helps us to become aware of our state of mind, body and soul. We can use this information to transform us so we are able to accept ourselves and ourselves for who we truly are and begin to take care of ourselves in a way that makes us. If you want to do any kind of spiritual work or healing yourself with reiki then it's highly recommended and beneficial to speak to someone who knows what they're doing and to practice a few reiki healing. When having reiki in your life, it does not mean that you need to go far and just get lost in your thoughts of going insane. No, this type of healing takes time and patience. The goal should be to connect with the person within and through who you are. You can either ask them directly to come through through a conversation with them during or after their session and if that’s ok with them and they want to do it, then feel safe and feel comfortable being there.

Once you feel a connection with them on the first try, you can start to discuss anything that comes to mind with a little bit of the same things and just tell them what you want and what you're . They don't need to even think about it, this can be as simple as a thought of peace or understanding. Just listen to yourself when you're talking to them and express what feels good and say so how you really felt. Do not push it too much or you could find you become overwhelmed with the feelings and end up creating some negative feelings. Instead, tell the person what you want and what does come into your mind when you're thinking of something good and it doesn't have to be anything big. As in I would love to be able to give him a moment of peace in my arms and let him know I will always be there. You get better with reiki when you ask for the right amount, the right time to let go of sadness and negativity.

So when you're ready to talk and have a conversation or even ask to see each other, then let go completely. Be present with the person and remember when you say good morning, thank them for their day and ask them how they are today. Also, start to tell yourself that you would love to take the opportunity to give them a hand and be a part of their lives and a part of theirs just like they are to you. Let them know how beautiful their day is even if it isn't perfect and how important it is to give yourself and others the peace that is needed. Tell them you love them and wish you could make their day a little easier even if it doesn't get perfect.

Be sure to let go the negativity inside your heart and allow them to feel the positive ones. If you want to make the meeting personal, then you can, but don't have to. Show that you want to help out and be the one they need. Try to show others that you get great joy out of helping people to feel content with themselves and not only living, but that you like being helping people like them and getting to know them for who they . In order to get better, you need to give yourself and others time to heal. Don't pressure them, just listen to yourself because when you have time for yourself, you will get a lot done. At every step, do what feels good but don't overdo anything, especially overthinking. Remember, if you're feeling a bit down, it is okay to laugh at yourself and express that you're struggling and you won't have it.

This can hurt the first couple days and weeks, but after a month or two, they will feel a lot better about themselves. Now is not the time to leave the session and get stressed about not being able to make it through another week. Keep a positive attitude because you'll never know what you can accomplish until it happens. There is no rush, no problem at all and you become a force to be reckoned with so get started and become a blessing to everyone. As the saying goes “it begins with a small gesture and grows into a big gesture” so with me it continues to be “a small gesture of kindness towards myself, a big gesture of gratitude for everything good things do, is what gives life life”.
